Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

Our costume experts will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Package your items securely and include the Return Authorization Number on your package. Ship to:

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 2-3 business days to appear in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of all our costumes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used costumes (including alien costumes, bat costumes, and animal costumes that show signs of wear)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or altered apparel
- Costumes purchased more than 15 days ago
- Items that have been worn to events or parties
Exchange Options
Looking for a different size or style? We’re happy to help you exchange for:
- Different size of the same costume
- Alternative costume from our collection (50s costumes, 60s outfits, 70s costumes, etc.)
- Different character from our book character costumes or classic collections
If your exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
