Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you can choose from the following delivery options:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, using EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is on its way!
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If your 50s costume, alien outfit, or animal costume isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’re here to help! We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

- Wait for Approval: Our costume experts will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Information
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 2-3 business days to appear in your account.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of all our costumes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used costumes (e.g., alien costumes, bat costumes, and animal costumes showing signs of wear)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or altered apparel
- Costumes purchased more than 15 days ago
- Items worn to events or parties
Exchange Options
Looking for a different size or style? We’re happy to help you exchange for:
- A different size of the same costume
- An alternative costume from our collection (e.g., 50s costumes, 60s outfits, 70s costumes, book character costumes, or classic collections)
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
